The fees had in some cases more than doubled the price of a ticket to see the English rock band on their Songs of a Lost World tour. “After further discussions, Ticketmaster has agreed that many of the fees charged are unreasonably high and, as a gesture of goodwill, offered all verified fan accounts a $10 per ticket refund for transactions with the lowest ticket price,” Smith tweeted Thursday night (March 16), all caps. “And a $5 per ticket refund to all verified fan accounts for all other ticket price transactions for all Cure shows at all venues. “If you have already purchased a ticket, you will receive an automatic refund; Any tickets sold tomorrow will incur lower fees.” A fa...
